While dashboards primarily show performance, Performance Storyboard® manages performance by embedding KPIs into daily management routines, defining ownership, escalation rules, decision-making, and structured follow-up actions. In this way, KPIs become an active part of execution and improvement—not just reporting.

Performance Storyboard® supports TPM by integrating planned maintenance, equipment performance, audits, and deviations into daily management routines, KPI reviews, and structured escalation. TPM is treated as a management practice, not as a standalone maintenance activity.
No. Performance Storyboard® is not an OEE measurement tool. OEE can be one of the inputs, but Performance Storyboard® focuses on management execution—how deviations are reviewed, decisions are made, and actions are followed up.
Performance Storyboard® enables Lean 4.0 by translating shopfloor reality into structured management decisions. It provides the execution layer that allows digital tools and data to reinforce mature Lean management rather than replace it.
